When I bought a larger condo in my building, she worked very diligently and expeditiously to make sure our offer was accepted. She emphasized that I already had financing lined up, that I lived in the building, and that I was a sure thing. The seller accepted our offer and we were able to avoid a bidding war. Maureen quickly helped stage my condo, photograph it and get it on the market. 2 days after it went on the market we accepted an offer (Full asking price!). In summation, Maureen is sharp, she knows what she is doing, and she always has your back.

This was my first time selling a home through a company relocation program! Maureen was very knowledgeable of the extra documentation needed under this program. Also, she knew contacts for staging that were reasonable to help us get the house show-ready very quickly. We were able to accept a contract quickly that included all of the things we wanted.
