Last year we embarked on what turned out to be a year-long search to find a home for our family of five, and Kathy was instrumental throughout the entire process from narrowing down our search to preparing and reviewing the numerous offers we put forward to finally closing on our dream home. Kathy has incredible knowledge of the Atlanta real estate market, and is well connected and respected in the industry. She is professional and has a sharp eye when it comes to evaluating homes and contracts, but she’s also friendly, generous with her time, honest, kind, and caring. Kathy started as our realtor but she became our friend, and we feel so blessed not only to have worked with her but to have gotten to know her over the past year. Selling a family home after the death of my parents was an emotional experience. It was made worse by the home being located in a gated community high above Colorado Springs when I lived in Atlanta. She identified the best realty team in Colorado Springs, and offered me one recommendation. It was perfect. The realty team Kathy recommended even included a realtor that lived in my parents’ community. Within three months of my parents’ passing, I was able to sell the home and close the estate. Without the referral service of Beacham & Company and the Kathy’s diligence, I would have been unable to successfully navigate that difficult time and task.

Kathy provided realtor service above and beyond! We only had two weeks in the Marietta area to locate and purchase a home before returning overseas and we found one on the last day. Kathy personally scheduled our home inspection until we were able to return to the U.S. and close on the house several months later. Five star service, thanks Kathy!
