Peachtree Heights

Peachtree Heights is known as one of Atlanta’s most historic neighborhoods and consists of roughly 400 single family homes. Many families have lived in the area for generations. Kids enjoy the urban lake commonly known as the “Duck Pond” while adults enjoy the sophisticated feel and warm community atmosphere that is found here. Peachtree Heights West is home to some of Atlanta’s most prominent streets, such as Andrews Drive and Habersham Road. Home prices are typically high in Peachtree Heights, as stately traditional homes on acres of sprawling lawns dominate the market. For those looking for something more modern, there are a variety of high-rise luxury condominiums along Peachtree Road. The neighborhood includes the Atlanta History Center’s elegant Swan House. Designed and built by well-known Atlanta architect Phillip Shutze, the Swan House features more than 20 acres of grounds and gardens. The area was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1980, though it maintains all the luxuries of modern convenience. Drive or walk to the streets of Buckhead for shopping, dining, and nightlife.
